At the “Cooperative Leaders Forum” held in Laguna province, Ms. Ma. Raysolyn Natividad discussed potential opportunities for agricultural cooperatives in ecotourism and sustainable tourism. The forum drew an audience of over 700 cooperative leaders representing 30 municipalities and 6 cities within the province. The said forum was jointly hosted by the Laguna Provincial Cooperative Development Council and the Laguna Provincial Cooperative Development Office.
In 2021, the Department of Tourism has pledge to continuously promote Laguna as a fun, safe, and sustainable tourist destination in collaboration with the province’s local government units and the private sector.
